Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Faith Finder ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Faith Finder is a children's educational web game intended for use with parental involvement.
1. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Accounts, purchases, and any personal information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Gameplay progress may be stored locally on the device or, if a parent creates an account, associated with that account so progress and Premium access follow the family across devices.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information (parent/guardian): email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Purchase information: subscription status and identifiers returned by our payment provider. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider (Paddle) and never stored on our servers.
- Gameplay data: progress, unlocked heroes, and preferences.
- Technical data: basic device, browser, and analytics data such as page views (via Meta Pixel) used to understand how the Service is used.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the Service;
- To sync progress and Premium entitlements across devices;
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud;
- To improve the Service and measure marketing effectiveness;
- To communicate important updates about your account.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including:
- Paddle — payment processing (merchant of record).
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Meta Pixel — anonymous usage analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and store gameplay progress. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or reset local progress.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
