Welcome to Faith Finder, a children's educational web game featuring interactive Bible-themed seek-and-find adventures. Faith Finder is operated by Zaya Studios, owned by Sandra Foureaux, an individual based in Brazil. Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. In these Terms of Service, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zaya Studios.

1. Who May Use the Service

Faith Finder is designed for children ages 4–8, but the Service must be used with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts and purchases may only be created and made by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

3. Free and Premium Content

Faith Finder offers free content and optional Premium content available through a paid subscription. Premium features, pricing, and availability are described on our Premium page and may change over time. Access to Premium content requires an active subscription.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Paddle's terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers;
• Copy, resell, or redistribute Service content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including artwork, characters, text, code, audio, and gameplay design, is owned by Faith Finder or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
